the engagement

A quarter in your business, doing the work.

Assessment and execution, one engagement. Defined scope, real end date.

weeks 1–3

Assess

I go wide: revenue, systems, data, operations, and the handoffs between them. The upside surfaces, including what the day-to-day buried.

weeks 3–10

Build

CRM architecture, reporting, internal tools, integrations. Built, not recommended.

weeks 10–12

Hand off

It runs without me. Documentation, training, and a map of what's next.

I tell you what I'll build, and where a specialist is worth it. No padded scope.

Every assessment ends the same way: what I'll deliver in scope, what's worth extending for, and where outside help earns its cost. You decide.

what i actually do

The operational middle, where things get stuck.

Too strategic for a contractor, too hands-on for a consultant. That's the gap I fill.

01

RevOps from zero

Pipeline, forecasting, board-grade reporting. Built from zero through a live public listing.

02

CRM & systems architecture

Normalized data, downstream integrations, systems that finally talk. Three builds from scratch.

03

Post-acquisition integration

Six transactions end to end across the US, Canada, and the UK. Brand, IT, and systems, unified.

04

Applied AI, built in

Working software, shipped: bid models, proposal engines, calculators, live in operations. Not slideware.

A new kind of hire. Years of cross-functional range, technical and AI skills, and a relentless work ethic, in one seat.

Strategy and execution used to require different people. AI collapsed that. I use it to do more for one client, not to take on five. One business at a time, at a pace that used to take a team.

what it costs

One line item instead of two.

One senior operator who diagnoses and delivers, for less than the two-vendor path.

dedicated engagements start at
$25K / month
90-day minimum. Fully dedicated, one client at a time. Self-sustaining at handoff.
  • Consulting and execution in one seat
  • AI multiplies what I ship, not how many clients I take
  • Straight guidance: my build vs. a specialist's
  • Remote, travel as needed

the story so far

SEP 2025 — PRESENT

VP, Marketing & Revenue Operations

Elauwit Connection · Nasdaq: ELWT · connectivity MSP, commercial real estate

Built the revenue and operational infrastructure from zero during a live Nasdaq IPO: GTM strategy, $1.5M budget, HubSpot CRM, team, agency partners, and the board reporting stack, in three months.

Generated $15M in active pipeline ($2.7M ARR) in the first three months of outreach; delivered the company's first year-end board report as a newly public company.

Codes proprietary tools with Claude, running in live operations. Manages the IT & Systems Analyst, chairs the company AI Tiger Team, and oversees the full revenue technology stack.

APR 2024 — SEP 2025

Chief Executive Officer

Pixels Electronic Dice · now Partner & Advisor · consumer tech, e-commerce

Full operational and P&L ownership of a $3.5M Kickstarter-funded consumer-tech company with a 55,000-person community. Built new revenue channels from zero, driving $620K in sales, $80K on Amazon in month one.

2019 — 2024

Sr. Director — Marketing, Corporate IT & M&A

Wicresoft International · functional Chief of Staff to CEO · SaaS, managed IT, cybersecurity

Functional Chief of Staff across a $30M+ five-business-unit international portfolio, with simultaneous direct oversight of corporate marketing and corporate IT. The title wasn't Chief of Staff. The job was.

Drove six M&A transactions full-cycle: proprietary target scoring, board decks, due diligence, and end-to-end post-acquisition brand and IT integration. Unified one HubSpot CRM across five business units. Directed corporate IT as a standalone function: enterprise security stack, support desk, systems rollout across acquired businesses. 2022 Forward Motion Award, unanimously voted by all staff.

2013 — 2019

Copywriter → Sr. Copywriter → Associate Creative Director

Paulsen Marketing / AKC Marketing · national brands

Creative lead on Kubota national advertising and commercials; launched a net-new Media Relations practice from concept through execution. The lesson that stuck: the story is the leverage. Everything since has been building the systems that let it move.

honest fit

Right for some jobs. Wrong for others.

A fit when

  • The company grew past its systems
  • You just closed, and it all runs on spreadsheets and memory
  • You need diagnosis and build, not a plan
  • The work is a quarter or two, not a permanent seat yet
  • You want AI built in, not a strategy about it

Not a fit when

  • You only need the roadmap (that's the Sprint, start there)
  • It's one specialized build with a clear spec (hire the specialist)
  • You need hourly staff augmentation, indefinitely
  • It's under 90 days (that's advice, not a system)
